We offer a 5-day return policy. This means you have 5 days after receiving your item to report any issue.

Returns are accepted only if:

• The issue is reported within 5 days of delivery.
• Product photos or videos are provided as proof.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or any personal preference.

💸 Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately through Email or WhatsApp with supporting photos or videos.

If you choose to return a product for personal reasons (such as changing your mind), and the product is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, a 28% deduction will be applied to the product price. The remaining amount will be refunded after we receive and inspect the returned item. No deduction will be applied if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
